The first step requires schools and communities to establish kindness and respect as their core values through early empathy education and community-based dialogue about bullying effects. The environment becomes supportive when parents and educators demonstrate positive behavior, and they immediately respond to negative actions. The creation of inclusive environments which make all people feel important works to reduce bullying behavior. Community events which promote teamwork and understanding between people should be organized as a final step to develop stronger social connections and support, which will protect people from becoming bullying victims. The implementation of these methods will help us build an environment which accepts everyone while showing respect to all people thus creating a protected environment for everyone.
